Over the years, Pastor Eric has developed a detailed Church Manual as a directive for Conquering Tabernacle Church Administration and Doctrinal Reference. He has been using this material to teach Pastors and teams in our ten churches — an immense task considering distances between churches and periods of time without a vehicle.
After each day’s work, he spent the evening teaching teams at various Vision Impact churches and preparing messages for Sunday service or conferences.
